My weekly classes are a mix of students with varying levels of experience and ability from those new to the practice to experienced yoga students; everyone is encouraged to work at their own level and take the options that feel great in their body. Classes do get full so it is advisable to book in advance. Don’t forget your first yoga class is free.

The first term is offered as a 'pay as you go', to give you the opportunity to trial the classes. Once you are happy to continue, the term is pre-booked and paid for in advance.
Due to the limited capacity bookings are non refundable and non transferable.
