Its a yoga session in my studio with all the essential props at your side with my guidance on a personal level. A class can be tailored around your needs and we arrange a date and time that suits you. Some of the reasons this may work for you:
You practice at home and want to polish up on some of the challenging poses or for general advice.
You are looking to target certain areas of the body giving you aches & pains from that stiff neck from folding over your desk , holding a baby or shifting heavy materials around. A physiotherapist may have recommended yoga to support an existing injury as part of the healing process.
You are thinking of starting yoga and not confident to join a group class straight away and wish to begin slowly with the opportunity to ask questions.
