Yoga workshops are an extended yoga practice, aimed to provide you with the opportunity to dive deeper into a particular topic, hone in on an element of your practice, get to know a style of yoga, or simply have fun! Workshops will include discussion and theory in addition to physical practice. Some workshops are open to all and others are tailored for a specific level.
Think of this as a mothering practice. When you support yourself with props, it’s like you are being held by someone you love. You are learning, through this practice, to give back to yourself.

The entire foundation of all Flow-Styles of Yoga is rooted in the dynamic movement of Surya Namaskara, the greeting of the sun and the universe within each of us. We will look closely at each of the 12 asanas in Classical Surya Namaskara exploring their various alignment principles and energetic actions, how the transitions between them can be approached to make them simpler, deeper and more sustainable whatever your level. We discuss the benefits, its origins & meaning, how to get the most out of the practice plus looking at how to adapt it to suit you. There will be tips on how to make this a safe daily practice at home.

Have been attending Evy's classes now for a few years and have noticed the benefits of Yoga Practice. The best thing about the classes is that they are small and each individual is catered to to accommodate the pacing of each theme in class. Evy is professional yet friendly but importantly also explains clearly the purpose of each movement learned in class and puts everyone at ease.
I will keep attending whenever I am able.
Also watch out for the seasonal themed classes because they are excellent mood boosters.

Thank you so much for a beautiful Yin yoga session. I felt nurtured, supported and really cared for by Evy throughout. It was a lovely way to start the weekend.
The space was cosy, warm and inviting. I really enjoyed the yin yoga poses - they are powerful and emotional stuff can come up but I found that a release, a gift to be able to be guided and breathe through it. I particularly enjoyed hearing the little reflections and the science behind what some of the poses were working on in our body. Evy gave us some tips to take away and use throughout the week and I really liked this (particularly the mudra!) I also enjoyed being able to find the “edge” in each pose and Evy encouraged us to listen to our bodies.
We finished the session with a yoga nidra (which I absolutely love!) and I felt so refreshed afterwards.
At the end of the class, we shared light refreshments and I thought this was a beautiful way to end the practice and also a chance to connect and feel “part of” something bigger than ourselves, a sense of belonging and community.
After the class I felt energised, nourished and ready…ready for what awaited me out in the world!

The discussion, explanation and short breathing experiments were really interesting. The yoga poses in the second half were pitched just right.
